Accounts and access
Account owners are responsible for protecting login credentials and managing who can access their workspace.
Customer content and permissions
You keep ownership of the testimonial content you collect. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required before publishing customer names, photos, companies, or statements.
Paid plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew on the billing cycle selected at checkout unless they are canceled before the next renewal date.
Product changes
Features, limits, and integrations may change over time as the product evolves. Public documentation and pricing pages should reflect the current product state.
Availability
Like any hosted software service, Testinora may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or third-party provider incidents.
