Cancellation
Cancel when you need to, without guessing what happens next.
Testinora subscriptions are simple to cancel. You can stop renewing your Pro plan from the billing area without contacting support first.

Open Settings → Billing
That is where your current plan and renewal controls live.

Choose cancel subscription
Confirm the cancellation and review the date your Pro access ends.

Keep using your data
Your data stays in your account. If you move back to Starter, you only lose access to Pro-only features.
After cancellation
Your testimonials are not deleted automatically. Plan changes affect feature access, not ownership of your existing data.
